The Curation

We haunt mill towns so you don't have to.

Every Cocoon box starts six months before it lands on your doorstep. Our curators travel to working mills in Portugal, Peru, Japan, and Wales — not to browse catalogues, but to sit at the loom.

We choose two throws per quarter. Not twelve. Not six. Two — because real curation means saying no to ninety-eight things to say yes to two extraordinary ones.

"I've bought expensive throws before. Nothing prepared me for opening the Cocoon box — the tissue paper, the handwritten note, the way the alpaca felt before I even unfolded it. It's the first subscription I've kept past three months."
